Currently our program has partner with the Malama Aina Foundation’s STEM program. We are working with low-income, rural junior high students from State of Hawaii.

About Us
Our Beliefs

Testimonials
What People Say
“Throughout my career, I found that it’s difficult for girls and minorities to visualize a path in science and engineering because it could feel disconnected from their day to day life.
Because a lot of the kids are familiar with Xbox, I feel like my experience on designing and manufacturing Xbox connects a line between engineering and a real product that they use. I am so pleased that they were extremely curious about what I do and asked questions about how they can achieve their goals.”
Judy Lau, Volunteer from Microsoft.
“Personally, I’m not really social but I liked how everyone was welcoming and really encouraging.”
“I loved this experience.”
Students from Mahope O’ Ke Kula Ke A’o Mau Ana Program
“I could see the excitement and engagement on my students faces. The discussion time with the guest speakers and students ended due to time constraints but could have continued for quite some time.”
“I loved the variety of speakers, and their ability to make science exciting and engaging.”

News
Current Program: Spring 2021 STEM Camp
Malama Aina Foundation has asked us to come back to host a virtual career panel of three people of different science and technology backgrounds. As volunteers, we look to act and sound like Uncle’s and Aunties share our stories with these Junior High Students.
Past Program: Winter 2020 STEM Camp
Our Winter 2020 Career panel featured a Microsoft Engineer, a Ph D. Cancer Biologist, a former Disney Imagineer and Biotech Executive. Our panelist shared stories of academic and financial challenges growing up as well how they got to where they are today. The students then had the opportunity to ask Questions directly to the students. The event was curated and managed by the Program Director and the Teachers from the Malama Aina Foundation.
